On 20 and 21 May 2015, the second edition of the MFC Event will take place: the event for everyone in the Netherlands and Belgium involved in the manufacturing and processing of meat, meat products, fish, cheese and meat substitute raw materials!
From animal to delicacy This event focuses on the manufacturing and processing operators of plant and animal raw materials to semi-finished or final products in the form of meat and fish products, meats, convenience products such as snacks and pizzas, meal components, ready-made meals, salads and cheese products. The EvenTron in Rosmalen forms the backdrop to the MFC Event, where manufacturers and/or suppliers of machines, (processing) equipment, tools, packaging materials, flavourings and additives, services, trainings, semi-finished products for the slaughter, manufacturing and processing of meat, fish, cheese and other related food products can present themselves to the visitors.
From product innovation to meat industry Product innovations, new technical and technological developments and the actual ‘meat industry’ form the main topics of this trade fair, over which the MFC Event guests are informed in a clear and practical way.
Interesting speakers Various interesting speakers are present during the MFC Event.
Industrial MFC Trophy An industrial quality control of meat, fish and cheese products will be organised during the MFC Event. Busser&tenHove Communicatie has ‘outsourced’ the organisation of this quality control to Paul van Trigt. Paul van Trigt is an expert in the field of meat, sausage and meat products.
